As acting liaison between the Mayor of Houston’s office, NASA and Dialogue of Cultures – United World in Russia, Sophya Tabarovsky was instrumental in negotiating the placement of the Gagarin Sculpture in the Houston, Texas Cragg Park.  It is Sophya who decided the Neil Armstrong Sculpture should be a gift from the American people to Russia.  Sophya is the founder of Kindness Without Limits, an educational/cultural organization located in Houston Texas. Kindness Without Limits is the not-for-profit organization for the Neil Armstrong Sculpture. A native of Siberia, Sophya is an American Citizen for almost 20 years and now resides in Houston, Texas. http://www.rushouse.org

Bridgett MongeonCo-chair- Sculptor of the Neil Armstrong Sculpture and Public Relations and Fundraising for The United in Space Project
After a review of many different sculptors, Bridgette Mongeon’s work was chosen by Sophya Tabarovsky because of is realism and emotional impact.  Ms. Mongeon embraces not only the importance of the sculpture, but also the importance of this being presented as a gift from the American people to Russia. She is working along side Sophya and Christian to help raise funds.

Christina SizemoreCo-chair Marketing and Public Relations for The United in Space Project
Christina Sizemore is the owner and principal of Diliberto Photo & Design, a quickly growing graphic design and photography studio in Houston, Texas. Diliberto Photo & Design specializes in creative marketing, smart design, and inspired photography.
